It's next to impossible to get an entry-level, at home job in medical transcription, and the websites that promise them are scams.
There are people doing this work at home, but they pretty much always have prior experience of at least a couple years in a medical office or facility.
Apply to medical facilities in your area.

I agree with Judy.
You have to get some experience in an office first before you can work from home.

All the work from home medical transcipton companies I know about want a person to have at least 2 years experience.
I also frequent a work from home board and many people have taken courses with the intention of wanting to do this from home and were greatly disappointed they had to get this experience outside of the home. Your best bet would be to get the experience and when you are near to 2 years, then apply for the work at home positions.
