You can do medical transcription at home with something like a Dictaphone / Meditech set up [It is what we use here and our transcriptionists are working from home].
Look for a hospital that is hiring in your area.

First, you have to do a proper home transcription training in a good firm. Some companies are offering homed based MT training and placement, select the best company in your locality by seeing classifieds. After proper training, u can start home based MT. I am doing home based MT for past 5 years in Chennai.
It will take at least 4 months for a good training.
